**Job Description**:

- Manage and coach responsible Key Account Rep. to achieve company goals
- Work closely with Distributor Brand manager and sales team to strengthen field work operation, support sales data analysis and help advice on bid & tender/pricing direction/ new listing plan
- Utilize POS data analysis to identify business opportunities and develop 3M brand strategies and tactical plan
- Lead and actively participate with Marketing and Operation Support team meeting to develop OCSD’s growth strategies
- Lead sales team to identify commercial opportunities at account level; utilize Salesforce (SFDC), Point of sales (POS) analysis and implement commercial value propositions (e.g., bundling of products) to capture opportunities.
- Lead cross functional & cross organization working team. Mentor & guide distributor sales team to ensure that they are properly motivated and performs effectively.
- Manage high authority level and key influencers by regular visit and engage with 3M top management liaison
- Deploy and calibrate division strategy & activity to drive growth of trade sales with effective return on investment
- Provide market intelligence to management team with strong support evidence
- Ensure 100% compliance for all sales operations
- Required qualifications/experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in medical science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in Healthcare or Oral care business.
- Previous Key account management or sales management experienced is preferred.
- Experience leading, influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including business and technical teams
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate education activities and special events.
- Strong leadership presence with an ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations at all levels of Healthcare Professionals.
- Point of sales (POS) analysis and set corrective action plan to sustain business growth.
- Target, get access, build relations, develop a business strategy and maximize business opportunities for oral care products allocated accounts/territory with driving companywide commercial tools for CRM (SFDC).
- Good understanding of hospital procurement process.
- Strong business management skills, Decisive, action-oriented and provide the best strategic business plan for product category.
- Stress tolerance, Drive, Strong organization skills, challenging and good problem-solving skill.
- Strategic thinking, Creative, Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result - oriented.
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while possessing a sense of urgency.
- Change agent - an ability to deal confidently with ambiguity, motivate people through transformation and mobilize teams to action.
- Proven results over a period of time.
- Excellent English proficiency and computer skill.
