Key Accounts Supervisor

Responsible for Local Key accounts in assigned areas, work alongside with local Key Account Executive/ Manager to generate, manage, monitor all sales support activities with Local Key Account stores in order to ensure the maximum contribution (in term of sales contribution and distribution penetration) and achievement of the sales target. This role requires high relationship/stakeholders management as he/she needs to have comprehensive planning like business owner i.e. stock management, required high commitment, understand consumer data, household data, can work cross functional.
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experiences, preferably in sales of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, with 2 year experience in sales management
- Good communication skill
- Good command of both Thai & English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
- Possess valid driving license and able to travel upcountry
- Highly self-driven and motivate

- Vacancy description- Execute against key sales KPIs and distribution/sales targets within budget in assigned region. Run execution drumbeat and deliver plan and budget, providing report on team progress & sales KPIs to Manager Sales : Sales (vol./val./ profitable growth), Active outlets, effective calls, customer NPS, /Region/channel contribution (profitable volume growth),
- Form constructive partnerships with the new and existing customers and drive preference to grow share of wallet, and maintain long lasting relationship with key decision-makers; Grow the number of high performing Key Customer in assigned region, identifying new distributors & gradually growing their sales, consolidate existing accounts where needed
- Win with relevant portfolio: Create Hero SKU focused ‘Must sell list’ for assigned channel/area (differentiated per sub-region if relevant);Analyse and prepare monthly reports on activities and price/pack architecture of competitors, collect pack insights and learnings from field to drive barrier-breaking renovation and innovation
- Drive physical availability by executing Customer Activation (Perfect Store, promotion programs) and Consumer Activation (promo, product display, activities in store and out of store) Plans, according to guidelines set by CCD and Marketing teams and in close cooperation with Regional Channel Activation Manager.
- Collect feedback from customers & identify opportunities to improve Perfect Store program and results, playing the role of an internal auditor to ensure the reliability of data on DMS system.
- Own & run a reliable monthly sales forecast & S&OP for assigned region
- Monitor key customer performance and train FM/PC staff to develop Customer Capabilities
