**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Maintains and develops business with the assigned accounts. Manage overall service quality for the assigned accounts, through effective communication with internal & external parties.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Organize the information flow within the BLX network.
- Target continuous improvement of customer satisfaction from the assigned accounts.
- Closely work with Global/Regional managers to have global overview and knowledge of the key account business potentials.
- Support Global/Regional managers as well as overseas branch to win more business from upcoming RFQs, by sharing hot buttons / pain points / other key information gained by local contacts.
- Regularly visit the assigned accounts to ensure customers have chance to share service comments through business review, and new business opportunity to BLX.
- Through own connection, knowledge and business reference, develop 3-5 new accounts for the company, every year.
- Update in Concerto on weekly sales report (sales activity, quotation upload, traffic create).
- Complying with Quality Management System to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
- Meet Individual budget

**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**

**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- at least 4 years’ experience in sales function in Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Experience in Import & Export Forwarding Business.
- Experience in Europe Trade Lane.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of international business and cargo handling will be an advantage.
- Good Interpersonal & relations skills with all levels.
- Good selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
