**Role and Responsibilities Job Title**: Assistant Manager, Sell-Out Platform Planning & Operation

**Role & Responsibilities**: Plan Sell-Out Platform that fit well with each sales channel and efficiently support the Mobile Business sales performance.
Ensure smooth operation from front-end to back-end of each Sell-Out Platform.
Working in the role of Data Analysis & Reporting & Operation tasks.
1. Equipment Installment Plan "EIP"Sell-Out Platform (โปรแกรม ผ่อนชำระสินค้า กับบัตรเครดิต ) included: Develop, maintain, and update master file for EIP.
Notify and negotiate with banks on EIP promotions (e.g. support on interest / cash back, etc.).
Ensure correct coverage level for each EIP campaign.
Act as key contact person for any troubleshooting issues.
Reconcile EIP report to ensure correct device model, channel, and banks.
Oversee relevant internal process (Approval, Purchase Proposal (PP), Purchase Order (PO), Payment, etc.).
2. "Trade-In / Trade-Up" Sell-out platform (เครื่องเก่า แลกเครื่องใหม่) included: Work with Sales & Retail team to expand Trade-In & Trade-Up store footprint.
Manage and improve overall trade-in process to increase participation rate and minimize operations at store front.
Monitor and prepare trade-in / trade-up report including identifying unusual activities.
Update residual value price list and distribute to relevant parties.
Assist trade marketing team in any special trade-in related campaign (e.g. One price trade-in).
Coordinate with vendor to ensure correct device grading.
Reconcile trade-in and trade-up report to confirm results and payment.
Oversee relevant internal process (approval, PP, PO, payment, etc.).

**3. "Samsung Wallet" Sell-Out Platform included**: Develop, maintain, and update master file for Samsung Wallet.
Coordinate with vendor to ensure integration in to Samsung Wallet.
Act as key contact person for any troubleshooting issues.
Oversee relevant internal process (approval, PP, PO, payment, etc.).

**Skills and Qualifications Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Experience in working with Sales & Retail Marketing or Retail Sales, Retail Store Management or Trade Marketing.
Experience in Telecom or mobile phone business is a plus.
High passion to work with planning & operation on a daily/weekly basis.
Good inter-personal skills to synchronize and collaborate with other related parties - i.e. Sales, Trade Marketing, Retail.
Strong analytical skills especially with large number of data (e.g. on MS Excel) - Skills in putting up analysis & plans into presentation formatProficiency in English (reading, writing & speaking).

**Location**: Empire Tower, Sathorn, Bangkok Working conditions: Work-from-home ( 1 day per a week )
