- ** Job Description**:

- Maximizing retail sales in assigned areas in order to grow the market share, ranking and productivity under responsibility.
- Supervising, coaching, and motivating BAs.
- Achieve target set and successfully implement Marketing & Sales Promotion Plan within budget
- Plan, develop, integrate, implement and monitor key accounts promotion programs with the brand’s product launches and co-promotes
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Creating, Maintaining and Expanding the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Plan and implement Retail Solution program for key customers
- Assist to develop sales pitches and presentations together with sales and marketing teams
- Working together with marketing head to integrate stock demand with brand’s product launches and promotions
- To ensure national and key account initiatives are executed well
- Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities
- To service, develop and manage a portfolio of accounts in line with the Brand/ Business Strategy
- Builds daily activity and resource plan to deliver Sell In and Sell Out objectives for their brand (on platform traffic, promotion)
- Analyses performance, execution and ROI of promotions, as well as onsite media budget spending
- Analyses data of store operations and retailer platform
- Delivers the Monthly and Quantity Sales Target
- Spends accordingly to the budget & trend
- Executes activity plan connected to platform engagement
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field
- 8-10 years working experience in Key Account Management a retail management, sales environment & training in cosmetic/ skincare/ household business
- Retail Solution in Cosmetic/ Skincare/ Household Business is a MUST
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrable and successful sales track record
- Good technical background in product area is desirable
- Good presentation skills
- Good command of English
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: Korean
- ** Working Hour**: 9.000 AM ~ 6.00 PM
- ** Holiday**: Sat Sun
