- **Oversee the recruitment process and manpower planning**:
- **Develop and monitor overall HR operations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Social Security, employee relation**:
- **Develop/improve HRIS to ensure effective HR administration**:
- **Monitor and report key HRIS data to management team to evaluate effective HR management**:
- **Oversee Visa and Work Permit, HR Administration Task**:
- **Knowledge of labor law and ensure all HR policies are compliant.**:
- **Develop communicate and monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure understanding and acceptance.**

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:
- **Good command of computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel (Pivot table, Formula, Data analytics).**:
- **Strong command of English, or Japanese Skill is an advantage**:
- **Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**
