**Job Details**:
- Manage and oversee overall HR Operations including Training, Recruitment, Communication, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Visa work permit (Expat matters) and HR Administration.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risks, potential scenarios solution options to mitigate.
- Support proactive daily operations to Managers and Management.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, performance appraisal, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Act as a consultant to line managers and employees on HR policies/ regulations/ guidance/employee relation matters and provide the relevant recommendations and solutions.
- Managing and Preparing Appraisal System & Performance Management (Promotion, Bonus, Annual Salary Increment).
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the organization.
- Keep up to date with BDMS HR Network/external trends and best practices in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly
- Maintain good communication and positive relationship with employee to increase motivation and satisfaction for current employees.
**Qualification**:
- Higher education degree in business administration, economics, law, psychology, sociology, etc. or equivalent work experience
- Successful track record in HR organization development or driving organization structure changes, performance management and compensation
- Experience in driving HR initiatives and projects
- Good knowledge in Thai labor laws, PDPA, and experience in technology business is a plus
- Proven process and project management experience is desirable
- Leadership and convincing skills
- Fluent English language skills (written/spoken) as well as fluency in Thai language
- SAP Experience is a plus
