**Job Purpose**

This position is responsible for targeting and hunting for new business with new customers by selling APLL’s capabilities and solutions, to achieve assigned top-line and bottom-line financial results.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for finding the right target customers in APL's focused vertical and market.
- Being able to build up relationships with customers and dig out the opportunities fitting into APLL’s capabilities and competencies.
- Being able to understand the customers' supply chain, find the pain points and sell the right solutions, and demonstrated value to customers.
- Being responsible to lead and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operation, solutions, tech/IT, finance, etc. to design and work out the proposal to the customers’ requests.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients, continuously improving profitability, and digging out new business opportunities.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reports of target accounts, opportunities, and sales calls.
- Following up on A/R and ensuring timely payment from the customers.
- Being responsible for following the customer qualification and onboarding protocols, including credit setup and contract coordination for the customer.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Bachelor, ideally with an MBA or related advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a commercial role with rich knowledge of supply chain logistics and local market practice.
- Prospecting and targeting customers in focused products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage the Director/VP level customers.
- Analytical skills.
- Understanding of the operational process.
- Good knowledge of both international and domestic logistics.
- Established a network of customer and business relationships.
- Relevant work experience in an MNC or 3PL supply chain division.
- Be able to work in complex situations and under pressure.
