PRTR is working with a well-known company from the pharmaceutical industry.

The Senior Digital Marketing responsible for the management of Thailand’s and SEA’s strategy implementation, concept operation and control of Digital Marketing to achieve target Net Sales, Market Share and EBIT. The Senior Digital Marketing is responsible for ensuring the successful launch of all products with market share gains in Thailand

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategic Development & Implementation**
- Leading the Digital Platform, strategy, and execution plan for the total brand and Brand campaign to ensure to effectively connect with target consumers through full funnel from awareness to conversion
- Developing short, medium
- and long-term digital strategies for Thailand.
- Seamlessly co-working and aligning digital strategic roadmap with Global Digital of Beyond.
- Co-leading brand team and cross-functions to implement the integrated digital campaign, ensuring concepts and implementation ideas are customized for Digi-consumer and alignment with marketing direction as well as to meet digital KPIs.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and updating the digital situation with recommendations to the brand team to always keep competitive advantages.
- Designing, executing, and monitoring sustainable Digital Marketing business models in Thailand by expanding the ecosystem and distribution channel.
- Leading and developing the local JBP with a key social platforms to gain value-added service to stay ahead digital landscape

**Media Strategy, Efficiency & Financial Management**
- Co-working with the brand team to recommend an effective and efficient Digital media plan with a strategic media mix against clear KPIs.
- Driving effective total digital media share for total Derma.
- Running Post-Analysis to ensure the effective reach and media spending of digital campaigns on all platforms.
- Leading the media buying pitch and manage the ROI of digital investment.
- Managing the assigned budget and being responsible for the product bottom line to deliver a profitable result, and ensure A&P is effectively spent.

**Digital Upskills & Team Development**
- Coaching, guiding, motivating, and developing both soft and functional skills in the subordinates.
- Coaching and developing digital marketing skills and knowledge for the Marketing Team in Thailand.
- Deploying Thailand’s digital business model know-how to SEA countries and acting as a consultant for Digital Teams in SEA countries.
- Monitoring and updating digital trends as well as digital best practices to upskill and keep TH Derma Team up to date.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of working experience, with several years in Digital Marketing, focusing on digital media.
- Implementation of digital strategies and digital ecosystem.
- Integration of Online campaigns, social media, E-Commerce, and CRM.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, open-minded, passionate about teamwork/winning together, global brands/ companies and quality proven products, high responsibility for his/her job, and strong/transparent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strategic thinking and strong data analysis ability.
- Ability to read through market trends via data.
- Creativity with an open mind, high level of learning agility, sensitive to market trend and has consumer insights.
