**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
Lead and drive the organization’s media and digital marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, maximizing audience reach, and achieving measurable results in line with business objectives.
**Main Duties**:
Managing a team of media and digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with brand teams to provide guidance in order to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively reach target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
- Overseeing the organization’s media planning and buying activities, including negotiating contracts, optimizing media budgets, and evaluating the performance of media campaigns.
- Analyzing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Monitoring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure media agencies are delivering desired results and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Conducting regular performance analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of media planning (offline & online), digital advertising, and marketing strategy
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or digital marketing role
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, tools, and technologies
- Leadership experience with track record of managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication skills are a must combined with a disciplined experience background.
- Deep understanding in everything digital: social, mobile, and alike
- Innovation and ideas and working as part of a team are essential.
- Willing to learn quickly and adapt to the exciting challenges in working across different brands.
- Good professional judgement and confidence in dealing with external and internal stakeholders and different parties.
- Proficient in English
