**Key Highlight **:Purchasing, Demand Planning, Inventory Management**Role Purpose**:

- Manage operational Purchasing Planning for assigned category or supplier.
- Ensure material availability according to production plan.
- Control Material Packaging inventories and reduce bad stock (excess, obsolete and block stock).
- Ensure supplier capacity meets short and long-term requirements, balancing capacity versus demand for key suppliers.
- Support Launch and Relaunch Projects within the category.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, supplier/contract management, supplier selection, certification, negotiation, planning etc.
- Efficiently manage the purchasing process to ensure timely availability of Raw and Packaging Materials, Finished Goods and ensuring timely documentations such as FDA, halal for registration and release.
- Issue purchase order, follow up the payment and shipping date with suppliers, keep track of delivery and coordinate with warehouse and QA/QC to prepare the incoming goods process
- Update accurate demand forecast and conduct demand planning meet with sales & marketing team
- Create the monthly new order report to share unit sales history, inventory performance/turnover, incoming pending PO, new demand with cost to get approval from the director before placing the new orders to suppliers
- Manage long-term planning capacities at the Supplier to ensure a secure supply.
- Monitor inventory levels for healthiness and ensure adequate levels according to coverage targets
- Analyze inventory to take actions on excess, obsolete and expired stock, avoiding unnecessary write-offs to (OEM).
- Monitor daily tasks and create related reports and documents
- Properly phase out old components, including supplier stock, ensuring inclusion in the leftover report based on project timeline, and escalating issues as needed.
- Support New Launch/Relaunch projects by ensuring timely availability of new Raw and Pack Materials for trial and commercial use.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the superior on a case-by-case basis

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Planning in Factory or Brand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system experience.
- Proactive and able to work in a Cross-functional team.
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and excellent in communication
- Energetic, On-time attitude, Proactive, Keep follow up and feedback Good Attitude.
- Be able to communicate in English (Chat Line) with China sourcing team
