We are looking for Purchasing Officer to responsible for Sourcing, Planning and Managing to purchase and supporting negotiation with supplier, regarding cost and Lead-time to ensure that project requirement is achieved.

What we want?
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on-time.
- Taking part in strategic sourcing to maintain and improve costs, quality and the availability of materials.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.Work effectively & efficiency together with other functional team in purchasing, accounting and finance.

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration business, Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years experiences in purchasing would be advantage
- Good command in English
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Communication Skill & Service Mind is a must.Knowledge in AI and the ability to use AI-related tools and technologies.

MFEC OKR:

- As MFEC People, you will be a part of our talent team. Besides your main responsibilities, you do have special projects as part of OKR. However, the percentages will be different according to the positions and teams.
