Job Description**:
1) Create Purchase Order (PO), follow up until approval, and submit PO to Suppliers.
2) Submit Order in Supplier’s Websites i.e. Cisco, SAP
3) Verify Purchase Requisition (PR) inc. Supporting documents
4) Create Material Master / Item Codes in SAP
5) Follow up the shipment (Domestics & Overseas) and expedite to ensure on-time delivery
6) Prepare and submit PO Outstanding report to each SBU, arrange the monthly meeting to confirm the
shipment status, to plan for GR and Payment.
7) Purchasing data analysis by BU/SBU
8) Cooperate with each BU/SBU for Vendor Evaluation.
9) Coordinate with BU and Agent for Application of Permits (Import License)
10) Promote Cost saving activities as HQ & RHQ requested, gathering the result of cost reduction from each
SBU.
11) Got the training on “Safety system” and support EHS activity as HQ & RHQ’s policy.
12) Follow up the basic procurement policy to ensure compliance with Internal Control and the company
policy.

Requirement**:
1) Bachelor Degree or higher
2) Experience 5-7 years or higher
3) Knowledge of Business Administration in Purchasing, Logistics, or related fields, and SAP system
4) Good command or written and spoken English
5) Positive thinking of service mind, teamwork, and loyalty
