The Deputy Human Resources Department Manager will be able to perform HR-related administrative
duties and carry out all functions of HRM, HRD
【Duties and Responsibilities】
1. Leading HR team to handle HRM and HRD tasks including payroll, compensation and benefits, recruiting,
performance management process etc.
2. Developing and implementing the appropriate training and development plan
3. Maintaining and recommending human resource policy to comply with the company policy
4. Assisting management and organization in implementing HR changes
5. Manage employee relations on legal, labor law and company rules
6. Maintaining, recommending and revising HR documents e.g. procedure, orientation materials etc.
7. Managing aspects of HR processes for the company
8. Attend as required, working groups and committees of the organization
9. Manage 3 GA members
10. Other related tasks as assigned
- ** Requirement**:
- 【Must】
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Have direct experiences in HRM and HRD field not less than 15 years
- At least 7 years experiences in management level
‐ Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
【Advantage】
- Have the experiences to work with Japanese management in factory environment would
be advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong team-focused, collaborative mindset
- Prefer hands-on type of person
- Able to work in Asia Industrial Estate (Suwannabhumi), Bangbor, Samuthprakarn
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
