- Job Scope:
- Support Asia Pacific Region Talent Management year life cycle under global standard procedures,
- as well as support designing and implementation of local Learning Program in South East Asia locations.- **Responsibilities**:
- Talent Management (scope: Region Asia Pacific)- Year planning and facilitation of Talent year life cycle events e.g. Annual Employee Dialog, Goals and Performance Review,
- Talent2Value, etc.- Maintenance and operation of Success Factor (Talent Management Module)
- Learning (scope: Sub-Region South East Asia countries)- Coordinate and support the development and implementation of cross country and cross Business Unit/ Function business
- strategic training programs- Support Global and Regional development programs
- Support HA1D to ensuring 100% completion of mandatory e-learning e.g. Compliance Training
- SAP Success Factor Key user
- Leaning module and support user training
- Local HR (training and development)- Analyze training need and provide annual training plan for 2 Thai companies
- Organize local training and administrate for recording
- Facilitate inhouse trainings for local employee
- Support function managers to develop employee career path and design development programs and training roadmap for local employee
- Responsible on HR communication and EN/TH translation for HR materials/ news/announcement
- Support business trip claim and support CONCUR user
- Make effort on HR activities and facilitate company activities
- Qualifications:
- Thai national
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in HR Talent Management / Learning & Development
- SAP Success Factor, online training tools is a plus
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with e-platforms eg. E-learning, E-document, Online interview etc. will be advantage.
- Flexible and be able to handle multiple assignments
- Self-driven and self-motivated
