- ** Job Description**:

- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company's operations in Thailand, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Supervise the Korat factory HR team remotely
- Report directly to the General manager and manage a team of 3 subordinates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and culture.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and addressing any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant with local labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor contracts, work permits, and social security.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.

- Manage Visa and work permit process for Japanese employees
- Other tasks assigned

- Bachelors degree in any fields
- Has at least 7 years of experience in over all HR management role at the manufacture company
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Communicative English
- Able to commute by themselves to the Samutprakarn office
