**Job Title**: Technical Account Manager DPI (Diagnostic and Pathways Informatics)

**You are responsible for**
- Serve as a single point of contact to ensure systems are healthy, up and running.
- Provide regular updates on solution performance.
- Track outstanding support issues & engage with customer support, as a customer advocate, to drive resolution/ensure speedy resolution of customer issues or engage with product management/3rd parties to prioritize defect resolution and system/product enhancements.
- Build & maintain trusting post sale relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Conduct annual technical health checks, document and update unique site requirements & configuration, review change requests for completeness and compliance with support and customer requirements, and monitor storage utilization.
- Advise customer on how to maximize the use of existing solution & optimize technical environment.
- Proactively identify and mitigate the impacts of reconfigurations, upgrades or replacements of other customer systems.
- Successfully manage and monitor IBs of Diagnostic and Pathways Informatics (DPI) solutions in Thailand.
- Identify, analyse and fixed the solution to meet customer expectations for each and act as the company's point of contact for the customer.
- Serves as the Technical account manager, leading to team to make sure that solutions and business deliverables for Philips and the customer, so that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Provide prior communications and presentation/documentation, example EOL product to the customer and engaging customer to continuing using Philips solution at the proper criteria.
- Managing the customer proposal on service maintenance, change request documentation and explanation to customer. And help the DPI revenue recognition process by providing tracking and feedback as required.
- Managing expectation according to SLA & Ensures good and motivating working conditions for all related team members.
- Support Services team so that regular maintenance operations can take place inside the agreed SLA.
- Ensure that customers have sufficient information to enable them to deal with Philips in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Engaging a team member to be a better skilled and mind set, provide and suggest training Pathways for subordinate persons.
- Occasionally participate in the bidding and tendering processes as well as site survey.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of managing IT in healthcare environment.
- Education in IT or Engineering (bachelor/master level).
- Experience of working at operational level with good understanding of the overall picture.
- Experience and ability to handle multiple service simultaneously.
- Fluent in Thai and English, written and spoken.
- Experience of the workflow within Cardiology, Radiology department as well as Healthcare informatics environment of the hospital in Thailand.
- Experience of Hospital IT Projects, specifically RIS, PACS, VNA, Cardiology PACS, Digital Pathology and Imaging Software would be an advantage.
- Clear driving license and flexibility to travel when needed.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written as well as the ability to present and communicate information, internally and externally.
- Good at prioritizing and can value what is important in a complex environment.
