หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Achieve growth and sales target by successfully managing team
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- The ongoing training of your salespeople
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations for problem/issue elimination and develop customer satisfaction
- Direct, Monitor and Report performance of company product’s sales to manager
- Prepare information to develop and Implement sales activities, sales plan and strategies to ensure company objective achievement

- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3 - 5

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Sales (Clinic Industry is preferable).
- Good English communication skill
- Excellent communications, people skills and Excellent in Problem solving
- Opened mind and work under pressure
