As a Supervisor Sales Branch & Event, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a branch location and coordinating sales activities for events. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Team Supervision**: Manage a team of sales representatives at the branch location, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize their performance. Monitor and evaluate the team's sales activities and provide regular feedback to enhance their effectiveness.

2. **Branch Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of the sales branch, including inventory management, customer service, and sales reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

3. **Sales Performance**: Develop sales targets and strategies in collaboration with the sales team and higher management. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and motivate the team to achieve or exceed sales goals.

4. **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster positive relationships with key clients and handle escalated customer issues or complaints. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure sales contracts.

5. **Event Sales Coordination**: Coordinate sales activities for events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Work closely with event organizers, marketing teams, and sales representatives to ensure effective promotion, customer engagement, and lead generation during events.

6. **Sales Strategies and Planning**: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans in alignment with overall organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

7. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue projections, sales performance analysis, and market trends. Present findings to management and provide recommendations for improvement.

คุณสมบัติ
- 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role.- 3. Strong knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.- 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.- 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.- 6. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.- 8. Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours for events.- 9.
