Executives calendar management, appointment & meeting arrangement.
All documents in-out review before seeking approval & sign authorization from executives.
Document approval management through online internal system after all documents are reviewed and inspected by executives.
Internal coordination with other departments in the company and external for checking timeslot and set up the meeting to support executive work, appointment to achieve the assignment upon deadlines.
Perform secretarial tasks. i.e. Conduct Executives monthly expense reimbursement and medical claim via E-claim service for director.
Prepare executives travel itinerary for business purpose (Air-ticket, accommodation, van, data package, roaming etc.) and travel reimbursement.
Perform ad-hoc duties as executive assigned. Well prepared and maintain executive significant/ confidential documents of executive systematically.
Support & coordinate Trade Marketing project (involved in taking care of top management, directors who attend the event).

**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any related field.
2.Proven experience of 3-5 years as an assistant to executive-level individuals.
3.Ability to supervise a team.
4.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
