Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Bangkok Office, and providing personalized assistance to top executives. To assist the CEO, organizing the meeting, coordinate with internal and external person, provide travel support and administrative support in well-organized and timely manner.

**What will your working day look like**:
Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the CEO, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts

Receiving and screening phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

Organize internal and external meetings, including notifying attendees, reserving meeting rooms

Collaborate with other assistants to successfully coordinate schedules across teams

Manage all personal issues (school for kids, personal meetings, insurance, contracts, etc.)

Manage all travel arrangements and reservations (booking air tickets, accommodation & arranging drivers, etc. for both business and personal trips)

Requirement

**Requirements**:
Fluency in high-level English and Thai, both written and verbal

Minimum 3 years in secretarial or administrative jobs

Able to work with multi-tasking and good problem solving

Excellent organizational and time management skill

Excellent administrative skill and able to work accurately and efficiently

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skill

Able to prioritize work

Good computer skill

Mature and hard working, able to work independently and under pressure, with a good attitude, service mind, and patience
