**Job Summary**:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of Global HR initiatives under R&D
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Partner with Group HR Business Partner - R&D to develop and implement capability-building initiatives in collaboration with R&D Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts.
2. Manage training logistics, such as scheduling training sessions, coordinating training materials and presentations, and providing administrative assistance for training programs.
3. Monitor and evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvement
4. Monitor training budgets and expenses
5. Maintain and update training records
6. Support the implementation of other related capability-building and innovation programs for Global R&D
