**1.Handle employee resignation processes**: return company assets, documents, and provide advice termination process, provident fund conditions, unemployment reports to employees.
2.Handle pregnant employee control/support to ensure complaint with the law.
**3.Handle welfare tasks**: company uniform, company lunch for employees, snack shop stock control, locker arrangement, birthday/sick/giving birth gifts according to the company welfare policy.
4.Update data and inform employees for update entitled non-cash welfare of employees and any change from employee transfer, promotion, and termination
5.Play and active roles in welfare committee’s meetings to get employees’ requirements and propose solutions for improving workplace.
6.Support and follow up the welfare committee to conduct regular meeting ensure compliant with the applicable law.
7.Provide and control employee card, car stickers, etc.
8.Liaise with banks to open accounts for new employees.
9.Review time attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure data in the HR system are completed and accurate.
10.Track employee absences and update types of leave such as personal leave, sick leave, and/or extended leaves. If necessary.
11.Coordinate with supervisor/manager of employee who has been absent for 3 consecutive days to confirm the case and prepare termination letter if needed.
12.Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
13.Telephone receive/transfer incoming call and maintain contact telephone lists
14.Manage and control annual health checkup, drug test, blood donation program.
15.Support activities and other related HR activities such as HR projects.
16.Act and encourage safety, environment, quality and disciplinary awareness and compliance as well as any required by the company procedures or work regulation.
17.Other tasks assigned by superior.
