Plant Tissue Culture Technician

Forever Spring Botanical Garden aspires to counteract biodiversity loss by cultivating and safeguarding some of the rarest plants in the region. To that end, we combine classical cultivation and permaculture tools in our greenhouses and the botanic garden with state-of-the-art resources from our fully-equipped plant lab.

Responsiblities:
We are a leading Plant Tissue Company focused on agricultural innovation through plant tissue culture. We're seeking a Plant Tissue Culture Technician for our local lab in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We are looking for strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities (performed 100% in our local lab in Chiang Mai):
Conduct plant tissue culture techniques including media preparation, sterilization, and maintenance
Ensure quality control and troubleshoot any issues
Coordinate with suppliers and partners, maintaining positive relationships
Document experimental procedures and plant inventory

Schedule:
5 days / week (Monday - Friday)
Estimated 7-8 hours / day for full time
Estimated 4-5 hours / day for part time

- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Botany, or related field
Experience in plant tissue culture
Good English proficiency and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
