**A DAY IN A LIFE**
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- Support Head of Commercial to achieve revenue targets generated from solutions business
- Review sales executive performance to ensure that sales team achieve the revenue target assigned by the company
- Manage relationships with customers and sales teams to support revenue enhancement.
- Forecast revenue performance and industry trend to formulate the strategies to achieve the revenue target.
- Other duty that assigned by superiors
**SALARY RANGE : THB 14,400- THB 21,600**
**Requirements**:
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- Oversee the team in Bangkok
- Supporting both the delivery and cargo team
- Support in coaching and team development
- Report on latest developments with regards to team and other stakeholders that works closely with customer care
- **Re-define the existing processes**
Working Conditions:
- Shifts: Your job may require you to work on specific shifts, such as morning, afternoon, evening, or night shifts. The duration of each shift can vary, depending on the organization's operational needs.
- Schedule: You will need to adhere to the schedule provided by the company, which specifies the days and times you are expected to work. The schedule may be consistent, such as working the same shift every day, or it may be rotational, where you alternate between different shifts or work on a rotating schedule.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Will be required to work in shift
- Customer Service experience
- Experience in Cargo/Delivery and start up will be an added advantage
- Experience with E-mail, Chat and Social Media
- Able to communicate openly with all stakeholders
- Process driven/oriented
- Analytics driven
