Handling incoming calls to answer questions, refer callers to other departments, or transfer them to specialists
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specification
- Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
- Providing data and guides to help the sales and customer service team
- Issue quotation and sale order in case sales representative is on duty outside the office
- Other task assigned by supervisor
Pay: Up to ฿28,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Service: 1 year (preferred)

- Thai (preferred)
