1. Supports all types of services and recommends service to customer the next steps after accident.
- Telephone notification service.
- Check the coverage database
- Inquire about the initial accident in order to analyze how to provide services to customers.
- Provide Outsource Surveyor closest to customers Go out to serve customers in case of fresh claims
- Control Outsource Surveyor in every process of service delivery to provide customers with the best service
- Notify the customer of the claim process service via SMS
- Send service satisfaction assessment form to customers via SMS

2. New technology of claim service "Surveyor on mobile" which is an online claim service.

3. Keep service information in the company's database for all systems such as Merimen, Aegis, Saleforce and accident reporting records.
- Record accident data in the claim system for preliminary customer service information and follow up on customer service appropriately
- Post information in Tracking Survey Log to analyze information for executives.

4. Call service to inquire about the status of all kinds of claims.
- Pick up the phone.
- Introducing the claim process and recommending a car repair shop
- Coordinate with relevant departments for quick customer service.
- If it's not a call related to the claims department Transfer the call to the relevant department or ask for information for the relevant staff to contact you back.
