**Sales Operation Executive**

This position reports to **Sales Operations Lead **and is based at **Thailand**.

**What you will do**

**The overall purpose of the job**:
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of commercial operations, experience with Tableau implementation and support, proficiency in SFA relevant to organization's needs, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, effective communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial for successful project delivery and ongoing system maintenance

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- Work with the Data & Analytics BI Business Partner and Data & Analytics team and serve as a key player to build analytical reports, identify business opportunities and areas of improvement for the organization.
- Cleaning and organizing master data to ensure its accuracy and reliability
- Ensure credibility by providing timely and accurate insights and analyses of business performance.
- Your role would involve working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support and optimize SAP systems for commercial operations. Some key responsibilities might include:

- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the SAP environment, including system configuration and customization as a contact person between IT and Commercial
- Conducting system testing, performance tuning, and system upgrades to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Training end-users on commercial systems functionalities and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Maintain integrity of sales and customer data by driving adoption and proper usage of Salesforce automation (SFA) system
- Enable access to sales data and KPIs via tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc
- Work with Regional Operations Teams to roll out new solutions to improve the efficiency of Sales Operations processes in the Country

Qualifications

**What we are looking for**

Essential knowledge and skills:

- 3-5 years in sales operation
- Strong English communication (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Logical, assertive, and able to source information.
