Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.

Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Sales &

Revenue Generation

Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.

Internal Relationship Management Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Senior Sales Executive,

Assistant Manager Sales, Operation, Customer Care, Finance and etc. to ensure seamless service delivery.

Foster positive working relationships with overseas commercial team and partners to enhance service capabilities and expand market reach.

Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and international trade practices
