Communication Manager.
Develop strategy and implement external communication to promote the corporate branding including managing of media relation and crisis communication. This role is also responsible for the internal communication and public affairs including CSR activities to enhance corporate reputation. This job is required to effectively manage the consumer communication with focusing on consumer inquiries and product quality complaint.

**Job responsibilities**:
To closely work with the Head of Corporate Affairs to develop the corporate communication strategy and action plan, including issue/crisis communication management.
To effectively develop and implement the external communication and media relation to serve the corporate branding/reputation agenda.
To manage internal communication mainly focusing on Sustainability and CSR, in line with direction of Suntory and PepsiCo.
To develop the strategy/action plan for public affairs including CSR and helping hands activities with employees' engagement.
To oversee and manage the consumer communication especially product quality complaint and general inquiry.
To manage budget for corporate communication and public affairs activities.

**Skill and Experience**:
Bachelor degree in communication/public relations. Master degree in Marketing Communication is preferred.
5-7 year experience communication and public affairs in a business sector. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to manage external and internal communication.
Ability to comfortably and effectively interact with senior management, media and external stakeholders.
Strong leader and motivator with the ability to coach and influence effectively in cross functional and diverse environments.
Fluent English and Thai communication skills both in writing and speaking.
