**The HR Client Services Officer in the Customer Contact Centre is part of a small, customer focused team which responds to, or redirects, the majority of HR related enquiries for the Department. In this busy and dynamic role, you will**:
**Respond to employee queries about their pay, leave and entitlements by phone and via a customer relationship management system**
**Explain award and agreement provisions across a multi-award environment (there are over 20) in a clear and concise way**
**Assist users with their HR system web interface, HR Kiosk**
**Assist our clients in a wide range of other activities.**
**To undertake these activities, you will need to be proficient in the use of various HR technologies, including, but not limited to, a significant HR Information Management System, HR Kiosk, SharePoint and a client relationship management system, to name a few.**

**Other duties will also arise, such as updating HR forms or managing online content or assisting with business improvement projects.**

**1. Maintain and manage the employee database to be accurate and up to date.**
**2. Support resources business partner team for other assignments if required. Ensure all Human Resource related topics are delivered to the business partner in an optimized way**
**3. Execute people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.**
**4. Communicate with line managers to ensure that HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes are implemented effectively.**
**5. Be the point of contact for HR service and policy.**
**6. Make the process of onboarding and off boarding smoother.**
**8. Generate HR reports and assist in other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned***:

**1. 3-5 years of solid in full in HRBP, HRM.and strong HR understanding, such as HR Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law and Regulation Compliance**
**2. Can demonstrate building strong relationships with client groups.**
**3. Strong communication in both Thai and English.**
**4. Can demonstrate the ability to appropriately challenge and influence stakeholders.**
**5. Experience with projects and change management.**
**6. Strong people communication, problem solving, hands-on, initiative, and able to work independently.**
**7. Able to travel.***:
