**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the turnover and profit of assigned accounts.
- Drive sales and promotion activities in E-commerce platforms, manage and monitor pricing to maintain competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
- Support customers with online expertise to drive and develop E-commerce channels and increase online business growth.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with major customers also initiate and execute campaigns, promotions and online activities to ensure the achievement of the department's targets.
- Coordinate and support internal teams (marketing, logistics, and regional offices) and provide beneficial information to internal stakeholders in order to develop the online target of direct and indirect customer.
- Perform tasks in the field of logistics (manage shipping process) and finance (e.g., billing process, credits, open receivables, etc.).
- Any assigned tasks by supervisor
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบในส่วนของยอดขาย และผลกำไรของลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- นำเสนอสินค้าใหม่ และสินค้าโปรโมชั่น รวมไปถึงจัดการและดูแลราคาสินค้าเพื่อรักษาความสามารถทางการแข่งขันในตลาด ในขณะที่ยังสามารถทำกำไรได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบการวางกลยุทธ์สำหรับลูกค้าในการทำการตลาดออนไลน์ พัฒนาและขยายช่องทางธุรกิจและฐานลูกค้าในกลุ่มออนไลน์
- ต่อรองและรักษาผลประโยชน์ของสัญญาในกลุ่มลูกค้า E-Commerce ตลอดจนประสานงานด้านการโฆษณาและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายต่างๆ ริเริ่ม และพัฒนาแคมเปญ โปรโมชั่น ส่งเสริมการขายออนไลน์เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของแผนก
- สนับสนุนการทำงานของทีม และจัดเตรียมข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ให้หน่วยงานภายใน เพื่อที่จะพัฒนายอดขายออนไลน์ให้กับลูกค้าทางตรง และลูกค้าทางอ้อม
- ดูแลการวางแผนการจัดส่งสินค้า (logistics) และการวางบิลเรียกเก็บเงิน (credits, open receivables, etc.)
- สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business, Marketing).
**Work Experience**:Experience in Sales & E-commerce field minimum 3 to 5 years, Business unit specific product and assortment knowledge is preferred.
**Skills**: Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed. Have Sales & E-commerce knowledge, Strong communication, strategic, analytical and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented
**Languages**:Fluent in both Thai and English business communication skill including writing, speaking, and reading.
