Key Account Executive/ Key Account Manager

**Key Objectives**:
Key Account Managers are ultimately responsible for building trust with all policy makers and influential management stakeholders to successfully ;
- Establish long
- term and solid partnerships with key decision makers and key stakeholders involved in hospital, national policy management and partner institutes.
- Promote patient access to medicines with patient value focus
- Establish recognition as a leader in Takeda's key therapeutic areas and as a leader in patient-centric
**Accountabilities**
**1. **Key Account Strategy development**
- Responsible for key hospital policy through deeply understanding hospitals’ needs, goals and implementing direction in short to long term to go
- Develop knowledge and understanding in healthcare policy related to key account management e.g. hospital listing, collaboration mode, procurement, healthcare scheme benefit relates to key hospital reimbursement criteria and its impact direct and indirect towards hospital performance, hospital network etc.
- Share insight, analyze & extrapolate market trends, opportunities, risk and suggest mitigation at key hospital and institutional level
**2. Business Acumen and Implementation**
- Work closely with BUs, and relate functions to develop short-mid-long-term strategies towards institutional, department and corporate goals
- Present and update key account business plans to management and related functions
- Lead regularly strategic account meeting to ensure implementation alignment with goals, strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with BUs and MKT Access for patient access policy and strategy, and collaborate with PAPA for overall policy and regulation
- Initiates and follows up on new partnership opportunities including institutional business, innovative packaging and end-to-end consumer activation etc.
**3. Establish solid relationship with Strategic Accounts**
- Identify key stakeholders within each key hospital and target institutes, their needs and priorities as well as their roles and level of influence
- Cultivates long-term partnership and relationships with influencers, KDMs and KOLs
**4. Promote internal communication and budget plan effectively**
- Ensure to provides insight/suggestion/comment to BUs in effective time line
- Develop monthly basis report and communicate to BUs
- Actively initiate project, program in key accounts that promote/focus on Patient-Trust-Reputation and Business respectively.
- Collaborate with commercial and medical to develop material to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation or opportunity.
- Ensure efficiency in implementation for resources and budget utilization
