About the Department.
The Data Management Office and Big Data Analytics function answers the demand for quality and credible data across the Group.
Data Management Office.
We govern the use of data across the Group and provide guidance for data management and usage. This optimises the value of data to enable smarter, faster and more accurate decision-making as well as improve operational efficiency. Above all, we ensure adherence to all data governance standards as determined by regulators.
Big Data Analytics.
We are a centralised analytics function that supports Group-wide business units and their analytical needs. We aim to establish ourselves as an analytics centre of excellence and drive analytics adoption and the utilisation of new big data technology across the Group. Our key areas of service range from business intelligence, strategic analytics to data science.
Job Responsibilities.
Knowledgeable and have experiences in Unsecured Products, in order to manage the portfolio to be profitable by maintaining the quality of customers to be strong and healthy portfolio.
Deliver business target numbers, including net profit, key P&L drivers, growing balance sheet, and minimizing expenses.
Finding opportunity to optimize expense with high productivity for the business.
Implement campaign/ service to support business growth as well as enhancing customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote product feature and market awareness through existing customers for sustainable growth.
Work with related parties to ensure all actions have been done according the regulation and compliance.
Having proper control process in key areas to ensure the business has been managed based on compliance and regulation.
Build a good team work spirit and working in same culture and strategic direction.
Master's degree, preferable an MBA concentration in Finance, Marketing, MIS, Accounting field.
5-10 year-experience in Unsecured Products from Finance or Banking industry. Preferable in Product Management, Finance, CRM, Data Analysis, Risk Management field.
Good Command in English.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
