Role and Responsibilities_
Local Sales Data Management (SDM) Managing
- Be responsible for all correction and correctness of Sales Data Management (SDM) in all dimension from sales transaction, customer mapping, monthly sales adjustment and others relating to SDM
- Creation and tailoring of Custom CUBE sales report upon user requests
Local Customer Data and Cross Platform integration
- Support on uploading customer data to cross internal platform; such as Sample Requisition System
- Creation and tailoring of PforceRX report upon user requests
Local Customer Data Stewardship and Reporting
- Be the internal point of contact for Fieldforce Engagement reporting expertise in Thailand and assigned markets, under supervision of BOP Lead, and coordination with intrenal stakeholder about global/regional directions.
BPO Administrative Related Services
- Be a contact person for troubleshooting UI of Sales Data Management (SDM) and PforceRX/Veeva
- Update the employee directory in monthly manner
- Deliver an orientation of PforceRX/Veeva and SDM CUBE to new colleague (Monthly or less)
Qualifications:
- Excellence in Excel, PivotTable, and Formula
- With 2-3 years of experiencing in pharmaceutical industry
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrit
- Liaise with Pfizer colleagues on internal processes and requirements
- Willing to work in a hybrid environment
