- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to join our team in-
- will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and- expanding our market presence. As a Business Development, you will play a crucial role in- establishing strategic partnerships, developing distribution networks, and nurturing client- relationships. This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial.**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the beverages industry, including
- market segments, geographic regions, and distribution channels to identify business risks- and opportunities.- Conduct market analysis and observation to stay updated on industry trends, consumer
- preferences, and competitor activities.- Develop and execute ‘out-of-the-box’ strategic plans to penetrate new markets and
- increase market share.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, suppliers, and
- industry influencers.- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product
- development, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products or- initiatives.- Continuously assess and analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide
- regular reports to senior management to improve sales processes, operational efficiency,- and customer satisfaction.- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to
- drive revenue growth.- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance, and quality standards related to
- beverages in order to maintain dominantly visible in consumer’s mind.- Always think and act by putting consumer at heart to capture consumer’s interest and
- purchasing impulsive in all product category.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
- Train and mentor the sales and merchandiser team, providing guidance, support, and
- motivation to achieve business objectives.- คุณสมบัติ
- Strong spirit sales and distribution experience required / Export experience is a plus
- Experience with B2B and B2C sales
- Managerial experience in sales and distribution
- Highly responsible, accountable, result oriented, highly motivated, pro-active, service
- minded, enthusiastic, outgoing, hardworking, and curious
- Able to work independently, as part of the team, able to handle numerous details and interactions with customers, team members, suppliers each day
- 30 to 40 years of age
