Our Affiliate Program is central to our expansion strategy, and we're seeking a driven individual to join our team and take charge of managing and nurturing partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the company's affiliate business, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
**Key Role**
The role within the Affiliate Program is pivotal in incubating and optimizing partner performance. Reporting to the Partner Retention Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies, fostering relationships with mass communicators, and implementing effective communication processes to support business objectives.
**Key** R**esponsibilities**
- Strengthening strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities within the affiliate program.
- Managing social media platforms such as LINE's official account, Facebook page, and YouTube, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
- Communicating daily with partners to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with Lazada's objectives.
- Designing and implementing ongoing programs to nurture partnerships, including phone calls, video training, and offline/online events.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize activation and content strategies.
- Staying informed about industry trends, influencer channels, and relevant campaigns to develop effective incubation programs.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, PR, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome, or 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and a passion for digital content and trends.
- Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality in marketing and communication materials.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to make an impact.
- Excellent written and spoken Thai and English proficiency is required.
- Experience in mass communication is a plus.
