We are a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we are growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We are actively seeking a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager. The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager develops, maintains, and expands the relationships between Plug and Play and corporations. This role provides the unique opportunity to collaborate with top executives and entrepreneurs while assisting company growth through new client acquisition.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE?**

New Business Development:

- Identify growth opportunities, forge, and develop relationships to enable continued rapid growth of Plug and Play.
- Manage and track a growth pipeline with large corporations.

Contract Negotiation/Closing:

- Work in conjunction with the vertical Director to close corporate membership contracts.
- Produce, organize, and maintain internal and external sales and marketing materials like presentation decks, case studies, competitive intelligence, and contact lists.

Client Retention:

- Provide event production and logístical support for demo days, mentor sessions and other events.
- Work with operational staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with corporate executives in deal flow sessions several times per week to ensure all corporations are engaged with the startups according to their business needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Relationship Management and Research:

- Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, conducting in-depth business analysis to identifying new competitive opportunities.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Demonstrated success acquiring new accounts, selling consulting or professional services or technical or IT solutions/projects in a B2B context. We are thinking for example of a Big4 professional or IT/Technical professional with proven success acquiring new clients selling projects/complex solutions
- General management experience and responsibilities over a Profit and loss in the past is a big plus
- Bachelors degree in business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
- A Must: experience in implementing open innovation
- Well connected and with relevant contacts (C-suite professionals) in the corporate and innovation ecosystem in Netherlands
- Positive and open mindset, energetic. Good listener, analytical character, Strong willingness to learn and improve
- Passionate about sales & innovation. Enjoys technology and understanding latest developments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Language requirements: fluent in English and Thai.
