**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**: User support and assistance with **Banking Applications **both in **technical** and** functional**
- Gather requirements from users and relevant authorities
- Translate the functional or technical specification
- Prepare architectural diagram
- Work closely with users to create test data and conduct functional testing by creating test cases, running and supporting tests
- Create an implementation plan and work on the go-live procedure
- Open tickets for infrastructure setup requests
- Assist the IT manager and other team members on assigned projects
- Document and record the requirements and process, as well as ensure to obtain approval as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT related fields
- Hands on experience as** Application/Technical Support Engineer**,** System Analyst**, **System Engineer, IS support and maintenance**, or other related fields
- Good technical knowledge and skills in software **functional testing**, **Unix**, and** Linux**:

- A good team player with great service-minded attitude
- Strong analytical and communication skills in order to collaborate with different stakeholders including users, international teams, and vendors
- **Good** **English** communication skills is a must
