**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**: User support and assistance with **Banking Applications **both in **technical** and** functional**
- Gather requirements from users and relevant authorities
- Translate the functional or technical specification
- Prepare architectural diagram
- Work closely with users to create test data and conduct functional testing by creating test cases, running and supporting tests
- Create an implementation plan and work on the go-live procedure
- Open tickets for infrastructure setup requests
- Assist the IT manager and other team members on assigned projects
- Document and record the requirements and process, as well as ensure to obtain approval as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT related fields
- Hands on experience as** Application/Technical Support Engineer**,** System Analyst**, **System Engineer, IS support and maintenance**, or other related fields
- Good technical knowledge and skills in software **functional testing**, **Unix**, and** Linux**:

- A good team player with great service-minded attitude
- Strong analytical and communication skills in order to collaborate with different stakeholders including users, international teams, and vendors
- **Good** **English** communication skills is a must
