- Monitoring Services, informing and recording issues into the system.
- Coordinating with third parties or in-house teams for solutions within SLA time.
- Analyzing issues and being able to propose solutions/workaround.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that business can continue.
- Creating a monthly plan and update progress.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ IT field.
- Experience with Store Applications / Tools / Point of Sales (POS).
- Strong Issue Analyst skills.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
