Job description

**Responsibilities**: User support and assistance with Banking Applications both in technical and functional

Gather requirements from users and relevant authorities
Translate the functional or technical specification
Prepare architectural diagram
Work closely with users to create test data and conduct functional testing by creating test cases, running and supporting tests
Create an implementation plan and work on the go-live procedure
Open tickets for infrastructure setup requests
Assist the IT manager and other team members on assigned projects
Document and record the requirements and process, as well as ensure to obtain approval as required

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in IT related fields
Hands on experience as Application/Technical Support Engineer, System Analyst, System Engineer, IS support and maintenance, or other related fields
Good technical knowledge and skills in software functional testing, Unix, and Linux
A good team player with great service-minded attitude
Strong analytical and communication skills in order to collaborate with different stakeholders including users, international teams, and vendors
Good English communication skills is a must
