**Main Responsibilities**
- **Analyst problem (1st tier support)**:

- **Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization**

**Technical recommendation**
- **MS.SQL command need**:

- **Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner**:

- **Works with client personnel and off share development to identify required changes**:

- **Co-ordinate with AIG staff to solved problem**:

- **Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively**:

- **Handles day-to-day production support with proactive approch**

**Qualification&Experience;**
- **Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related**:

- **Minimum 3-4 years of working experience**:

- **Self-learning, energetic, enthusiastic and good team player**:

- **Willing to work hard and under pressure**:

- **Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative**:

- **Able to cope with tight deadlines**:

- **Good written and spoken English**:

- **Insurance background is a plus**:
