Position: Application Support

Employment condition: 6 months contract (renewal)

Work Type: Hybrid

**Responsibilities**:

- Application Support to maintain and monitor Software Application what has been launched on Production environment.
- Application Support will also require working collaboratively with Customer/ Operation and Tech teams.
- Application and Infrastructure monitoring systems are included in the scope of work.
- Application Support will be needed to manage incident issues and report to supervisor.
- Incident and issue management
- Tracking and well communicating to all participants/parties to complete all Incident life cycle
- Be able to identify the impact analysis and prioritize the multiple tasks / issues
- Coaching and sharing the knowledge / incident solving information to the team
- Daily and Weekly report

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Postman, Jenkins or other cloud infrastructure is advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL command & Jira
- Have background in develop and manage Monitoring system via Postman API Testing, Jenkins Jobs Monitoring.
- Experience in Insurance industry would be an advantage.
- Good in English communication skills.
- Able to work with Shift Hours Basis.
- Open for Thai nationality only.
