หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Perform as the second level support gathers the issues/data for problems reproduction and deliver to Application owner for fixing and enhancement -Providing technical support to teams / users and be able to assisting with systems integrations when it needs -Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Also preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems to fulfill with business requirement -Investigate the causes of issue on software and able to teach and train users -Managing the development of activities including technical analyses, the definition of scope and objectives, and coordination with other technical teams.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field -Good analytical and problem-solving skills -Basic SQL knowledge -experience in report development -Knowledge in BI, Tableau is a plus -Coding with script and any programming language, as a plus -Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science -Demonstrated customer support mindset and Service Mind - Good communication skills, both written and verba
