- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Analyzing tour data and identifying areas for improvement
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Keeping up-to-date with trends and changes in the travel industry and adjusting tour operations accordingly
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- ** Proven experience as a tour operation manager, preferably in the travel and tourism industry**:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of tour operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of the travel industry and trends
