**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Be responsible for providing practical support to tourists and dealing with various organizational aspects of a trip**:

- **Design and create new tour packages to fulfil Customers ’needs**:

- **Plan tours and build up itineraries due to request (Duration and destination)**:

- **Prepare quotation of tour packages for clients**:

- **Build good relation with suppliers including airlines, hotels and resort representatives, handle bookings for hotels, transportation, and excursion**:

- **Make research to find out more attractive tourism destination or sites, Search and analysis the popular place for tourists**:

- **Ensure the quality and service of prepare the itinerary, quotation**:

- **Ensure the process of Outbound Department Tour Operation activities, run smoothly with effectiveness and efficiency manner.**:

- **Understand the competitor’s market price and bench marketing**:

- **Communicate with in & out country business partners for getting the effective information, coordinate the tour process and ensure the all information is consistency**:

- **Estimate and analysis the profit and loss for tour package by aligning to company’s standard**

**Other task will be assigned from line manager according to business need**:
