Shopper Marketing Activation Staff

The Shopper Marketing Activation Staff is responsible for the develop, monitoring and implement All POSM for GT & MT also account specific if needed e.g. displays, premium, promotional packaging, shelf material, leaflets, Wobbler and advertisements in retail magazines.
**Key responsibilities of the role**:
Drive more sales and brand awareness for both GT and MT channel.
Trade Marketing Support works closely and supports shopper marketing team on implementing all POSM for GT and MT teams.
- Launching differentiated customer-centric account strategies and drive marketing activity execution to meet business objectives.
- Planning and implement display unit for both GT and MT such as Standee, Hanging or any requirement.
- Adapt key visual from marketing and implement at stores.
- Prepare and Tracking POSM implementation both GT and MT.
- Monitor result of POSM and display for better result and better touch point.
- Developing nationwide premium and specific premium to drive more sales.
- Support on GT all supporting material such as Sales kit, Call Plan, and needed by Sales Team.
- Dealing with procurement and prepare any support document require.
**Qualifications** Education**:Bachelor’s degree
**Must have**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Trade marketing, Direct Ecommerce experience would be preferred.
- FMCG experience, preferably in an international environment
- Can use Excel / Power point / Outlook.
