Our client is the leader in digital camera products and the medical equipment mini-lab industry.

**Job Summary**
- Providing support to the Medical Systems department’s service team such as order process, tender, document preparation, quotation, invoice, and billing process to keep high-quality service and meet the set target.
- Managing installation and service maintenance schedules, checking reports, and keeping equipment database, contract database, and warranty data up-to-date.
- Coordinating with all related persons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Documenting preparation to support vendor, PO, quotations, invoices, and billing with government agencies, hospitals, and distributors.
- Being responsible for equipment database updates, internal document control, and filing.
- Responding to inquiries from service engineers and sales representatives about contract warranty status, change, or cancellation.
- Arranging Preventive Maintenance schedules and monitoring the execution to 100% completion.
- Analyzing statistical data of preventive maintenance schedule to assist service manager on distributing job to engineer efficiently.
- Interconnecting with various departments and international teams associated with sales and marketing, finance and accounting, legal and compliance departments.
- Defining and optimizing better practices for sales, service, and document executions.
- Handling any other supportive tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Has experience in sales support or coordinator role more than 2 years will be preferable.
- Knowledge or experience in medical systems products will be an advantage.
- Must have a service mind, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.
- Proactive, well-organized, has a can-do attitude, good manners, and positive attitudes.
- Customer-oriented with experience in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage a myriad of projects and ad-hoc assignments with strong prioritization.
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
- PC skill in Microsoft Office (esp. Word and Excel), SAP is preferable.
