**Professional Objectives**:
Initiate and design the infographic and/ or internal HR communication channels. Support the HR daily activities which focusing on the scope of Employee Activity, Learning & Development, and HR Admin.
**Main objective 1: Employee Activity and Employee Communication**
- Initiate a fresh idea for employee engagement activities and HR internal communication.
- Assist in organizing HR activity or company events.
**Main objective 2: Learning & Development**
- Create the new HR onboarding presentation for Office and Operator Level
- Be in charge of the training administrator for the tasks as assigned.
**Main objective 3: HR administration**
- Support the HR team in terms of the HR admin matters such as data entry, filing HR documents etc.
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Undergraduate in related fields.
- Available for a 5-6 months full-time internship
- Good Human Relations and must have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative.
- Creative Thinking.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Online Platforms.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
