Talent & Employee Experience Manager

Responsible for co-create an effective and efficient organization, driving business result with engaged employee who are able to contribute to their best abilities, in accordance with the global people strategy, policies and frameworks. Ensure positive employee journey by creating end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Moreover, this role performs complex management, administrative and professional work challenges in the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic organizational development programs and initiatives in FrieslandCampina. This position will provide direction, support and advice to managers in a wide-range of people and organization development elements.
What we ask
- Bachelor degree or higher with at least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources field.
- Specialized knowledge in Human Resources Development, Talent Management and Organization Development.
- Proven record of HR leadership is required.
- Interpersonal skill with ability to engage business/stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, creative thinker and outstanding attention to detail.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure & business dynamic.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
- Good command of both Thai and English.

- Ensure positive employee journey by creating end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Launch engagement survey and analyze result and implement employee engagement activities to support positive culture and employee retention.
- Lead and provide best practices in employee engagement, talent management & performance management and learning & development initiatives to enhance overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate to increase employee engagement & well-being for total FC Thailand.
- Develop & implement strategic communications to shape the organization culture
- Develop and maintain appropriate and effective internal communication.
- Orchestrate employee engagement interventions across organization; plant & head office.
- Talent
- Develop and implement organizational development strategy addressing both the short and long-term goals of FrieslandCampina, in conjunction with the Management Team.
- Prioritize on Talent Development & ensure strong Talent pipeline
- Provide programs in developing and promoting culture change program and various OD initiatives focusing on its people, organizational culture and learning & development programs including: leadership development, team development, change management and strategy deployment.
- Develop, oversee and implement talent management and succession planning strategies for identifying, assessing, developing and promoting high-potential and high performing staffs and leaders as well as analyze and review current existing talent pool against long-term business direction.
- Provide learning & development initiatives including design, develop and implement trainings program to develop employees’ competencies.
- Gives advice and develops organizational interventions about impacts resulting from whole organization changes (i.e. specific projects and new procedures etc.).
- Work closely with Global CoE to implement the global development programs.
- Manage specific tasks as determined by the HR Director and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Learning & Development
- Develop annual learning & development programs for employee in alignment with company directions in order to support and enhance employee’s required knowledge, skill and attitude through variance & blended learning interventions.
- Facilitate mandatory program i.e. Induction program, regular performance conversation (continuous dialogue).
- Plan and monitor training and development budget.
- Establish & communicate training and development procedures and conditions to all employees in order to set up standard training process for the entire organization
